Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BookMySlot platform, including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

To use BookMySlot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. BookMySlot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs without our negligence.

Making a Booking

A booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. Until payment is received, a booking is in a "Pending" state and may not be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund (excluding the platform fee).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service price.
• No-shows (failure to attend without cancelling) are not eligible for any refund.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking through your My Bookings dashboard at any time before the appointment. Rescheduling does not affect the original payment.

Business Cancellations

If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund including the platform fee.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a booking, you agree to pay:

• The service price set by the business
• A platform fee of ₹20 per booking

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Business owners who list services on BookMySlot agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful service descriptions and pricing
• Honor confirmed bookings made by customers
• Maintain appropriate professional qualifications and licenses for their services
• Notify BookMySlot of any services that should be removed from the platform
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism

You may not use BookMySlot to:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• List fraudulent or illegal services
• Manipulate or abuse the booking system
• Engage in spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose prohibited by Indian law

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The BookMySlot name, logo, website design, and all original content on the platform are owned by or licensed to BookMySlot. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.

Service listings submitted by businesses remain the intellectual property of the respective business owner. By submitting content to BookMySlot, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content on our platform.

BookMySlot acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services listed on the platform
• Any actions or omissions by service providers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BookMySlot in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
