How the platform fee works
When a customer books a service through BookMySlot, a ₹20 platform fee is added to their total at checkout. This fee is charged to the customer, not to you as a business.
For example, if your service costs ₹500, the customer pays ₹520 in total. You receive the full ₹500 for your service.
This means there is no cost to you for listing or accepting bookings — you keep 100% of your service revenue.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. You can activate or deactivate your services at any time. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation penalty.
When do I receive my payouts?
Payments from customers are processed instantly through Razorpay. Settlement timelines depend on your Razorpay account setup — typically within 1-3 business days.
Will pricing change in the future?
We are committed to keeping pricing simple and transparent. If we ever update our pricing model, existing business accounts will be given 30 days notice.
